Welcome to the Leverton family blog. We are a family of six and hope to utilize this blog to share some of our thoughts and musings. We'll also try to post some pictures of the kids as well as our projects from time to time. I work as a carpenter/woodworker and also serve as an elder in a small Baptist church. Besides obviously enjoying my family and the Christian faith, I also enjoy reading, working with wood, and observing the weather.

you've got cute kids, looked like a fun vacation. We went to the Dells this year for vacation and I'm taking a week at Christmas time.

Thanks for the compliment - they are cute kids and I am quite fond of them! It was a fun vacation. We saw the giant redwood trees and went to see the giant sequoia trees. They were so beautiful that I could not begin to describe it. I also greatly enjoyed Death Valley, which we drove through. It was mid-April, so thankfully it was not 125.
